Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) optimizes company's operation and improves effectiveness by providing accurate information timely. DSSC, the third joint venture securities company authorized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), implemented safe and customized EIP which integrates OA, CRM, information research and publishing system and FMS. EIP not only improves company's operation effectiveness by efficiently connecting thousands of customers around the world and successfully obtaining their service needs, but also integrates resources of all branches in SH, BJ, NJ and other countries with relatively low cost.First of all, DSSC's current IT situation and issues are introduced under the background of EIP implementation project. Based on this introduction, the actual demand as well as the feasibility of DSSC's EIP is analyzed and discussed. Secondly, through the comparison of major IT integration tools in the market and the integration of current IT system with IBM Websphere Portal, the implementation process of DSSC's Unified Privilege Management, Single Sign-on, interface integration, application integration and content management is presented in terms of architecture design, key function modules and security design. Finally how DSSC achieved internal application integration target is discussed in detail with the analysis on the integration of the information publishing sub-system.
