Research On Community Medical Management System Based On ZigBee Technology And Long-range Communication Technology

The rapid developments of long-range wireless communication technology,computer technology,sensor technology and medical technology, have promoted the continuous advancement of medical care technology based on the long-range community,which makes continuous monitoring of a variety of important physiological parameters possible.Community medical management system based on ZigBee technology and long-range communication technology targeted the disease situation for the older age groups and the characteristics of life pace in the modern society,and introduced equipments of healthy industry with modern wireless communication and network technology.The system can measure physiological parameters,for example,human body temperature, blood pressure and so on, and the system can send test result to a distant medical care institution and can make immediate custody for the patients in the older age groups. Community medical system of long-range health monitoring, can greatly improve ambulance rates of sudden illness.This subject is from the research project of'Applications of wireless sensor network and long-range communication in the community health management system'in Chang Xin hua tian Technology corporation of the Jilin Province.This paper introduced ZigBee wireless technology,researched a kind of program that is medical monitoring system based on ZigBee technology and long-range communication,and discussed the application of key technologies.Community medical management system based on ZigBee technology and long-range communication technology is a compositive system.In the part of hardware,the paper designed the measurement circuit of the blood pressure with the PIC16F877 chip, designed the Ethernet interface circuit with the MC9S12NE64 chip, and designed the interface circuit between CC2430 and the other serial interfaces.In the part of network protocol,the paper introduced ZigBee technology which is low-power,low-cost,safe and reliable and introduced network layer of ZigBee protocol stack.The paper alse introduced the implementation of embedded TCP/IP protocol simply.To meet the specific requirements of system in size, power consumption, reliability, cost and so on , because of the advantage of MC9S12NE64 processor for some specific application, the paper introducd OpenTCP protocol which is carried out to streamline appropriately,and ruled of the contents of user protocol. At the center of distant management and monitoring, community medical monitoring system used database technology,and could measure patients'blood pressure parameter and body temperature parameter in the community.Community medical monitoring system alse contained conventional prompts to take medicine, electronic cases and so on. The system is modular and suitable for debugging, expansion and maintenance.Community medical management system based on ZigBee technology and long-range communication technology is based on web, is a part of the digital management of community health services,and is able to find the changes of physiological parameters, which will enable doctors to detect problem and ensure the quality of health care.Based on traditional health services, the system will use digital communication technology to enhance the efficiency and to expand the function of community health service. The system will set up electronic health file and personalize health management for residents.The target of this system is to provide services for the health care workers and community patients with the use of information technology.Community medical management system based on ZigBee technology and long-range communication technology will enable people to get the same professional care as in hospital easily,and will improve the efficiency of hospital care greatly.From the perspective of the whole society, the system has the prospect of use and social significance.
