Underwriting and approved compensation system (UNDWRT) , one component of AHIC's core business processing system, was developed by AHIC's Related Department, in cooperation with various branches. The system covers AHIC underwriting, Approved compensation and related management and maintenance functions. The UNDWRT system is designed as a set of unique business processes, based on the risk control of the insurance business.The UNDWRT system is a sub-system independent from the whole risk system, specially used in processing functions of underwriting and approved compensation, the Upper-level department may, strengthen risk assessment and control of underwriting and approved compensation business, and then enhance the overall benefit and management level of the company through establishing the requirements of underwriting and approved compensation flexibly.The UNDWRT system has perfect function, flexible condition establishment method, unique module (independent from the business system), extendibility which the essence is unable to compare and strict fine rights management, which are fitting for the realistic business management situation.The implementation principle of the UNDWRT system is to abstract a series of logistic model related to the real service according to the concrete establishment in insurance business flow,, and accomplish the whole process through this kind of one to one logistic model, for example: in the UNDWRT system, the nodes, paths and conditions and so on are actually the abstraction of the real positions, the actions from the positions and the conditions for the actions. The insurance company's operation flow is also the work flow joined by these abstract objects. It is quite easy to understand for anyone who is familiar with insurance business.This article elaborats the main design part in emphasis: the project demand analysis, the service functional design, and the show page and underwriting and approved compensation management page design. In this process to design the work flow is more difficult. How to submit the request to the higher level for the inferior and how to return the unqualified request to the lower lever for the superior are the points needed to study.. The rights control is also quite complex,.How to control the rights and dispose the condition of underwriting and approved compensation is quite important for it makes great effect on the risk control.The underwriting and approved compensation system is a unique set of operation flow based on the risk control of insurance business. In the project demand analysis part, the concept, the present development situation and the prospect of the underwriting and approved compensation system are introduced. The emphasis is cast on the technology of this system: java, J2EE, and work flow. Especially for the work flow of underwriting and approved compensation, different work flow models have been designed according to the different real situation,, and the research on the different work flows have been conducted. At the same time, the data related work flow are defined.To realize this system's main function is the final goal of developing this system which provides eight functions: the underwriting processing, the underwriting inquiry, the underwriting synthesis inquiry, the approved compensation processing, the approved compensation inquiry, the approved compensation synthesis inquiry and the code management, and the system management. In the business function design part, it mainly studies each business function flow, program flow diagram and related business connection specification in the underwriting and approved compensation system. The key of the business function design beginning with the function description, the program flow diagram, and the program function analysis seprately, deals with how a proposal form is transformed to an insurance policy by passing underwriting level to level, and how a claim account is approved by passing the compensating step by step. This process also proves how the UNDWRT system controls the risk.The design of demonstrated page and functional module complements each other, particularly the rights management and the disposition management, which are also the essence of the system. Through it we can control who has the right to carry on underwriting or approving compensation, and how many steps to achieve to the final goal of underwriting or approved compensation, or return to lower-level without the permission. In system interface design, it mainly focuses on each functional module of underwriting and approved compensation system. The key points are: disposition management (pattern plate node maintenance, pattern plate way maintenance way condition maintenance); rights management (node right maintenance, right group number maintenance); underwriting management (processing underwriting duty, submission underwriting duty, rescission underwriting submission, underwriting inquiry); approved compensation management (processing approved compensation duty, submission approved compensation duty, rescission approved compensation submission, approved compensation inquiry); and system maintenance (blacklist information maintenance, red name list information maintenance, multiple insurance information maintenance and so on). And also it designs each module's interface,, explains each module's function, and stuies how to interact with the backstage database.As for the errors which appear in the system, the error time and the error module will be recorded so that the system manager and the programmer can carry on the analysis to correct them, and the error log will be saved under the corresponding server. The information related to the error generally includes examining underwriting condition error, examining approved compensation condition error and the connection server error. If the UNDWRT system has the corresponding problem, we can contact the corresponding attendants, who can solve it through the error log rapidly.This article also makes the summary and prospect of the UNDWRT system. The work flow design to turn the verification according to the rank in this system conforms completely to the underwriting and approved compensation business's function to strengthen the management, and guard the risk, which makes all verification personnel in each level perform one's own functions in good order, and also causes the multi-layered verification system easy and feasible.This system has the auxiliary functions which can seek the data from the drive wheel in subsidiary company's procedure, as well as hand out the examing result to the inferior branches in real time, increasing the data transmission speed between the subsidiary company and branches and then improving the efficiency of processing business enormously.This system's deficiencies are the insufficient stability, difficult maintenance maintenance difficulty, and the data structure optimization. It is impossible to realize some functions, for instance, the visa copy transmission.Generally speaking, this system coordinates with the establishment, implementation and consummation of agricultural insurance company's underwriting and approved compensation system and also brings the advanced technique and methods into the management of underwriting and compensating to keep watch on business technically. Because it does great good to business and management, the system takes the first step for insurance company's business management system.to realize centralized management.
