Today, China's media is at the stage of changing, and it will inevitably appears various contradictions and some feeling of lost during the process of fast development and media style's diversification. The introduction of media vision offers media an opportunity and evidence to discern themselves, and helps media plan and make out the strategy of growing system and innovation.The paper will introduce the concept of 'Vision', which is a concept in the management study. Through analyzing its meaning, connotation and characteristic, and then combing the status and mode of corporation's vision, the paper tries to advance a totally new concept of 'Media Vision'. It also defines its intension and extension, and gives an exploration to media vision in the facet of its form and mode, then makes out a model of 'Vision Mansion' The paper also uses the theory of group communication to give the establishment and implement of media vision, and establish the different communication form of corporation's vision. It discusses the evaluation and management of media vision .In the end, analyzing the feasibility of making out media vision and defining the status and condition of China, and combining with the history and status of China media, It will bring forward a long-range dream which is establishing a China media vision.
