In last ten years, “we-media” practices became popular all over the world, challenging the traditional public media heavily. By the mean time, the contents and forms of we-media are changing. Some new characteristics, such as the reorganization trends, have appeared. The author noticed those changes and found that correlative study is nearly blank. So this article analyzes the changes of we-media on the basis of a case study.The case in this study is Luogic Show, which is considered to be a typical and successful we-media practice in China over last two years. The chapter one is a state of research background, motive, method and implications. The chapter two is a literature review of we-media and the Luogic Show. Then, rooting in the media sociology and organization theories, this article reviewed the development process of Luogic Show and analyzed its changes in producing mechanism, organization and profitable way. The last part is a comparison between Luogic Show and traditional television organizations, aiming at the analysis of we-media’s new characteristics and development tendency.Luogic Show is a recent “dark horse ” of we-media, which has different media products including online talk shows, articles and We Chat voice messages. The core guideline of these products is not being objective and balanced, but exporting the value of Luogic Show’s founder. Although the brand was creating by one person like other we-media at early times, Luogic Show has became a small media group now. There are extensive collaboration during its media production process. And the way it makes money is not inclusive ads any more, but e-business on the platform of We Chat.Although the study results based on the case, it still can provide some practical reference value for our country’s media industry. Reorganization is necessary for we-media to assure the consistency of good content. For traditional media, what could be learn are the advantages of flat organization. The main research method is the semi-structured depth interview, giving this article some academic innovations.
