Today, under the background of informationization, it is important to put into practice intelligentize and networking in teaching of electrical experiment. The paper presents a method which can introduce distributed-control-system into electrical testing laboratory. Through the use of distributed-control-system in the teaching laboratory, the computer implements automatic test and control for Motor.Monitoring and control system is a part research of the remote experiment system which belongs to the computer network system, and this is the basic research of network information monitoring and control. Based on this research results, it can do further software development to achieve real-time monitoring of network communication, information obtained, the internet address analysis of network site etc. It provides monitoring tools for the maintenance of computer networks which is of special significance. Using the distributed-control-system as the blueprint for electrical teaching laboratory, which can improve the degree of standardization of test system ,and facilitate teaching work. At the same time, it can make the system in colleges and factories of testing laboratories with a better transplant and expansion .According to the characteristics of the teaching laboratory, in this thesis we research deeply into the data communication, instruction deliver, trouble obviation, back-check and related techniques which are used between one teacher machine and many student machines. It implements real-time monitoring to measure parameters and net status. At the same time, it analyses the curve match and the plot of procedure.
