MFL(Magnectic flux leakage) inspection is one kind of the technique which applys to NDT(Non destructive testing) field widely. The software platform for MFL is a software system which is developed for matching MFL application. Nowadays, the software in MFL inspection couples tightly with specific application. There is no unitive and open terminal software platform which could adapt to the requirement of each kind of MFL application. The thesis researched different MFL system and designed the software platform for MFL which is based on Windows components object model and computer network, it includes server, client and network. In order to make the softeware platform adapt to each kind different MFL system, the thesis advanced the framework of software platform which is based on interface of singal acquisition model and singal analyse mode. Especially, the thesis focused on researching the implement of method of signal acquisition, transmission, processing, storage and display in MFL systems. Contraposing the trait of on-line testing system and in-service testing system, the thesis researched some problem about control on software platform , it includes singal acquisition and feedback, network control and transmission, data management and loading model..According as requirement of testing system, the thesis researched method of testing control flow of MFL testing system, and designed application layer protocol for network communication in MFL which is based on researching of network in MFL testing system. Finally, the thesis implement singal acquisition model and singal analyse model in two kind of different MFL testing system. The effect of application shows that this software platform works steadily and has good expansibility.
