The Research On The Evaluation Of The Main Members Of The Science And Technology Of The Minority Nationality In Xinjiang And Its Information Database Management System

It has been carried out almost 20 years since the project of developing the main members of the science and technology of the minority nationality in Xinjiang (short term: Special Training). And with larger and larger scale of Special Training, its channels and training patterns are becoming diverse. Based on this development, if there were not a practical evaluation system as a decision-making on the premise, it would set back the sustainable development of the Special Training. However, it would be difficult for us without information platform of the Special Training, as many units and students are involved in Special Training, much more detailed evaluation information needs to be collected as well. From this point of view, aiming at practical needs of the development of the Special Training and the new requirement of the society, economy, science and technology and culture and so on, the author of this thesis would focus on the Special Training evaluation and its database management system, which is significant for the development of the Special Training and the improvement of its quality.With the help of the whole process study and research of the Special Training and its systematic analysis, the policy about the evaluation of the Special Training has been mentioned in this article. First, with the conclusion of the Special Training characters, come the features of the evaluation system of the Special Training then come the structure of the system and the connections of its subsections. Second, it has been mentioned how to set up the data of this effective evaluation system. Third, as for the fact that all the trainers are of teachers, the system has been established for the better development of the teachers together with the evaluation patterns of the subjects .In the end, after analyzing demand and supply of its process and designing its structure, the author selected ASP. NET and Microsoft SQL Server to achieve some functions of database management system of the Special Training. It aims to provide a good service for the Special Training,in order to get more and more recognition of this project and get a good outcome of this project.This text is a brief summary of Xinjiang Education Science "11th five" issue "The effective Evaluation Research of the Main Members of the Science and Technology of the Minority Nationality in Xinjiang" It is a long and complicated way of evaluation, and this article is focused on the complete analysis of the whole part. To further improve the Special Training evaluation and achieve the construction of Special Training database, I must do my bit towards accomplishing the research project in the future.
