With the rapid development of information technology and the advent of the digital age, the formation of the international cultural exchanges and industry competition, TV content industry, not only out of the media's reliance on traditional, but also form a three-dimensional, multi-level global television content industry competition around the world. In this globalization international environment, it will have far-reaching significance to sustained competitive advantage and sustainable development in the international market, because of the establishment of the core-competition in TV content industry, and having a unique combination of competitive relations which belonging to the TV content industry,However, on the current research, most scholars focus on how to cultivate the core-competition in TV content industry, emphasis on internal research and the ability of the internal accumulation and the use in order to create a competitive advantage, but ignore the volatile nature of the external operating environment that determined the dynamic of the core-competition. In this paper, considered the external environment of the industry, the writer believes that the content of the television industry's core competence is not established once and for all, so the dynamic, timely management is very important.In this article, we have analyzed some of the definitions such as the core-competition, the core-competition in TV content industry, the core-competition management and so on. Through the understanding of its connotation and features, we have analyzed the dynamic management model, content and principles of the dynamic management of core-competition in TV content industry. In this paper, the content of the television industry's core competitiveness of the dynamic management into the core competitiveness of the identification, training, evaluation and application of four stages ,through the whole process of system management and real-time cycle management, to ensure that the content of the television industry the core competitiveness in the changing environment of the industry stay ahead. This article is also trying to use mathematical model to construct an evaluation index system about the core-competition in TV content industry, which can reflect the development and the status quo clearly. The article on the content of the television industry's core competitiveness to identify, nurture, application and evaluation of these four stages of analysis at the same time, the application also raised a number of the better operational response, there is a certain value.
