To form the novel teaching system by integrating basic knowledge of Diamond robot into the related curriculum and the experiment and support the technological innovation for the series curriculum reform and the experimental teaching platform construction, this dissertation deals with Diamond multimedia teaching courseware script design, source material processing, the classroom courseware design, experiment platform manufacture and its courseware design by using Photoshop,3ds max 7, PowerPoint, and Authorware softwares, the results has been applied to developing the Diamond teaching courseware. The following work has been accomplished.The massive three dimensional animations have been created in the source material processing, the students understand the principle of Diamond robot through the animation demonstration, simulating and reappearing the abstract concept vividly, which can't be presented clearly by tradition teaching method, and the parts difficult to disassemble from the Diamond robot are shown to the students through the vivid decomposition animation, which made the student have the direct-viewing impression of composition and assembling to the Diamond robot. With the aid of Photoshop software, the black-and-white images have been turn to the color image by the imagery processing to emphasize the key points and the difficulties and improve the teaching efficiency in the teaching process.Interactive design by using of ultra link has been presented in the classroom courseware design to realize broadcasting freely. With the powerful expansion function in Authorware software, the solution to broadcast the PowerPoint slide in the Authorware environment employing the OLE technology has been proposed. As a result, the courseware programming has been simplified and easily to revise and maintain.Using the multimedia technology to simulate experimental teaching, the different type of media information signifing different teaching content has been put together into whole, breaking the traditional linear educational model. Additionally some expressive functions have been presented to satisfy the requirement of experimental teaching, and the vivid scene are demonstrated to the students employing different configuration demo securely and cheaply.The courseware can be run independently in Windows from the Authorware environment by debug, packed procedure, transferring exterior document.
