An Internet Sales System For Electric Products

Nowadays, with the rapid development and popularization of computer science and the Internet, the Internet has already become a necessary part of people's life. As soon as the time of the Internet comes, people's lives and working styles have been changed much. A new social domain is being founded, and there appear many new social relationships. The appearance of electronic commerce has changed the transaction mode of products incredibly. Many enterprises make great advantages in their industry by properly applying electronic commerce. And they are still growing at a high speed. Among those enterprises and organizations, Amazon.com and Ebay.com have become the famous international leading electronic commerce websites, and Alibaba.com has won a great share of the market of electronic commerce in China. Their successes proved that electronic commerce can bring wonderful commercial opportunities and incredible economic value.However, with the background of multiplicity requirements of the market, there is no a perfect system to handle all requirements. Many systems have various drawbacks in either functionalities or usage convenience. And some systems do not pay enough attention to the search engine optimization.The main contents of this thesis and the major work in its corresponding project include:First, full investigation and on the current state of electronic commerce and some existing typical electronic commerce system has been carried out. The advantages and characteristics of the existing systems as well as their drawbacks in either functionalities or usage convenience have been analyzed.On the basis of the previous step, an Internet sale system for electric products has been developed based on the advantages and features of the existing systems and the understanding and ideas on electronic commerce from the author. By this system, we can provide reasonable solutions to the common drawbacks of the existing systems analyzed before. We have used URL Rewriting technology to enhance the search engine optimization feature of the system. In the process of designing and developing the system, we have employed the User Centered Design method to increase the usability and usage convenience of the system.
