Then from the system safeness point of view this paper has elaborated security design on this system. The paper has also given performance test method on this system.The system has achieved its objectives with strong practicability and satisfactory result. But there are also some weakness and areas which need further research. At the same time with the ongoing development of php, many new designing ideas are applicable in this system.
