This thesis mainly investigates the realization of system monitoring of the value-added service platform in the Integrated Communication System (ICS), and develops one new method for man-machine interactive interface in communication system.With the intensifying competition in the telecommunication services, telecommunication service providers introduces the more value-added and attractive services to improve the benefit or expand client group.ICS system is precisely the set of multi-service telecommunication value-added service platform to satisfy the market, and can provide services, such as the inter-communication, the color ring back tone (CRBT), the color speech, OneNumber For Personal, the intelligent voice mailbox and so on.The users of the ICS value-added service platform divides into the network administrators, the salesperson, the agents, self-service clients, the multitudinous and dispersive business managers can not install client administration software separately, simultaneously, the traditional B/S mode also is unable to present the system status or data in a real-time manner, making the clients difficult in managing and maintaining system quickly andconveniently.The thesis proposes the method to realize man-machine interactive interface in ICS system through the Ajax Web technology. Through this method, the man-machine interactive interface, may obtain the B/S mode of being easy to distribute and maintain, and realize the C/S mode's rich client control ability, That is to say, Ajax web technology combines the techniques of B/S and C/S modes, making the administrators at various levels and ranks to control and maintain the system in a quick and convenient manner.The content of our man-machine interactive interface of ICS communication system includes the following: the monitoring of communications system, the expression of the port status, the summary and statistics of data, the process description of data change, the maintenance of frequently interactive local data, the display of hints and warning messages and so on. These functions mainly manifest in the performance of the related system and the change of status, therefore we treat the realization of system monitoring of value-added business platform as research object, i.e., realization of monitoring of system performance and resources during the system running processes, the summary and statistics of the real-time data of the number of online users, the number of FVR clients, the display of warning messages, whose real-time change processes are visualized through plotting and histogram diagram.
