Real estate industry is being in the high speed development and a project-oriented environment. Real estate construction projects cover a wide range, involving many departments, a large number of information management and communication and co-ordination work, most of the real estate company's information construction still remain in the production of a simple application, such as office automation, financial management, the internal network's improvement , the company's website, and so on. therefore the research topic about the real estate projects coordinated network technology management is initiated.Firstly this thesis addresses the status quo and the problems of the traditional real estate project management, summarizes the background and significance content and research technology way of the research topic. Secondly it expounds on the real estate projects on collaborative management of the relevant literature, and analyzes the organization and coordination of the real estate projects based on the network technology. The main research contents of the thesis include the following six aspects: information management projects from the existing problems, project information management system design, network technology's application in management and coordination and the development process, business needs of the every sector and project management software's applications, application results, as well as the issues the real estate development projects in information management should pay attention to. The thesis studies estate projects coordinated network technology management , and explores the importance and feasibility of information management for the real estate projects, provides useful ideas to ensure that projects can achieve the greatest economic returns, social benefits and environmental benefits with a minimum of input.
