| As the environment for the manufacturing enterprises becomes more and more fierce and cruel, the tide and trend of carrying out the Lean Production have emerged among the manufacturing enterprises in our country. Though the creation, development and maturity of the yield big profits and unprecedented success for the Japanese manufacturing enterprises, many problems are worth to research on how to learn and implement the Lean Production better on the application level for many enterprises.In the application level this paper makes some intensive study of Lean Production, especially for its core theory'Just In Time'and its implement tool—Kanban Management from the practice angel for enterprise. This paper introduces the Lean Production systematically, and then makes some comparative analysis and research on the three management theories that JIT, TOC and MRPII/ERP. This paper expounds and analyzes the Kanban management theory, and then makes some detailed research for Kanban system, including the analysis and amendment study on summary of the introduction flow for Kanban system, the analysis on Kanban system operation, and the analysis and improvement in Kanban quantity calculation model, and meanwhile presents the means of parameter design based on software simulation technology. parameter design is done based on the industry logistics simulation software—Witness, and the case about Kanban system introduction flow design is analyzed. The analyzes and summary of the introduction flow of Kanban system based on some cases from the practice angle for enterprise provides some valuable reference for the enterprises in Kanban system introduction and implement. The analysis on the Kanban quantity calculation model and the improvement in some parameters of the model improve the practicality and accuracy of the model. The simulation design for the Kanban system parameter using the software simulation technology increases the efficiency of the Kanban system design and reduces the time and cost of the Kanban system design and trial implementation. In short, the research by this paper has better practical and applied meaning, and will have more practical meaning and operability to introduce the Kanban system successfully for enterprises. |
