The dissertation is according to the radar to the goal gathering measured data in the outfield. A variety of factors affecting the target radar cross section are simulated and reproduced with the virtual reality technology. In other words the information of radar azimuth and elevation is simulated and reproduced By the measured data. Then the RCS measured data will be simulated, and the result of simulation will be analyzed. The research work includes several parts as fellow:Firstly, the measured data should be disposed. The angle of sight such as elevation and azimuth must be calculated. The main method is transformed the radar coordinate system to the target coordinate system. Moreover, because the radar coordinate system is not as same as the Vega software's coordinate system, there is the transformation of different coordinate system , the conversion of different unit datum, the data processing of the visual simulation and so on.Secondly, the visual simulation's method is used to replay the RCS measured data, which include replaying the RCS measured data itself and the information of elevation and azimuth of target. The replaying the RCS measured data is done by using the method which is the data interface and the RCS scattering intensity curve. The methods of the visual simulation creates some 3-D models of airplane with Multigen creator and creates the simulation of the environment with vega, and completes the visual simulation of elevation and azimuth which correlate closely with RCS.Thirdly, the measured data should be analyzed. According to the real data of S/X bands, the scattering intensity of instantaneous state and spectrum analysis of RCS is finished.Finally, the software of analysis and replaying RCS measured data has been developed. The results of development and application show that the software is simple, effective and practical.
