Research On Implementation Of Function Module Of Cognitive Radio In Wireless Communication System

Cognitive radio is an intelligent wireless communications system that can be perceived around the wireless environment, by analysing the wireless environment, it could make changes to the corresponding parameters to adapt to the environment in real time in order to enhance utilization of the spectrum and to ease the tension of spectrum resources. This paper mainly focused on developing and realizing cognitive function, the DSP+FPGA+ARM hardware platform is selected for the development.Firstly, a brief background and cognitive radio technologies are introduced, as well as related key cognitive radio technology content. And then we introduce the hardware structure of the software radio platform to realizing the cognitive radio communication system. This article also describes the structure of the system, the programme for the realizing and the main functionalities for each module. Lastly, detailed design and implementation method regarding cognitive radio communication module which including spectrum sensing module, spectral analysis and management modules, data forwarding function modules are specified.
