Cognitive Radio Receiver Design And Implement

Along with the development of communication technologies, an industrialist hops that the radio device has the adaptively intelligent functions. At the same time, there is spectrum scarcity of frequencies that can be economically used for wireless communication. But actual measurements taken by FCC (Federal Communication Commission) indicate the low utilization in the same time at most areas. So it is important to pay more affords to improve the utilization of the spectrum and develop a common hardware platform which can be raised by update software.Cognitive radio system is the expansion of the Software radio system. It offers the opportunity to use dynamic spectrum management technique to sense the environment around the receiver, help prevent low utilization of the spectrum. The CR system has many good characteristics such as standardization, configuration and universalization. And it can work at different environments.This article focused on the key technologies of the CR and SR, and given a realization of cognitive radio receiver. Each module of the receiver system is designed in this paper.
