As the rapid increasing economy of our county and the loose of the relative policy, television station is entering into a new period. The TV Corporation can make effective marketing strategy to satisfy the viewer's diversification and individual demanding to the TV Corporation , it has vary important meaning to improve its financial benefit and sustainable development.Using marketing theory and corporation competence theory, this article analyses the marketing actuality of the mostly media in our country and the Heilongjiang TV, then finds the problems in the marketing strategy of the Heilongjiang TV. Referencing the previously research and considereing the Heilongjiang TV's fact, the paper introduces some suggestions to the Produce Strategy, Price Strategy, Place Strategy and Promotion Strategy of Heilongjiang TV. Based on the view of sustainable development strategy of the Heilongjiang TV, the author puts forward some strategy which includes Brand Marketing Strategy, program Sustainable innovation Strategy, Talented Person Strategy and building corporate values to advance the Market Competitiveness for Heilongjiang TV.
