Research Of Information Integration Of E-Government Based On SOA

In recent years, great enthusiasm and strength have been invested in e-government building. However, because of a lack of unified planning and standardized, redundant construction, "isolated information islands" and a series of problems have become bottlenecks that hinder the development of e-government. Along with the development of e-government, the demand of information interaction between chief systems is increasing. Information integration has become the only way for e-government.Traditional information integration mainly uses data replication approach and integrated mode approach, such as multi-database systems using data replication approach, federal database system and middleware / wrapper system using integrated mode approach. However, there are some different defects in these systems, such as a high degree of data redundancy, consistency maintenance difficulty, construction and maintenance of the overall pattern cost high, expansion's difficulty and so on. In e-government, most information is unstructured information, like text and graphics. With the further construction of the government system, the number and variety of information sources continue to expand, this leading an urgent need for a flexible and scalable integrated information system.SOA brought "loosely coupled" application components, abstracted business to reusable services, greatly enhanced the system's reusability and extensibility, and became integrated in the research of system and enterprise information integration. In this thesis, e-government information integration based on SOA was researched. On the basis of a detailed analysis on needs of e-government information integration, the limitations of traditional information integration was broken and a e-government information integration model based on SOA was proposed; There are three levels in the model, including application interface level, service level and data level. And a detailed analysis of each level was given; Focus on data integration layer and data integration model was proposed; Distributed Transaction processing and XML-based data extraction patterns and migration were researched; finally, the data migration of Electronic Management System for Pre-shipment Inspection of Recycling Scraps to China was analyzed, realized and improved.
