The development of the modern information processing system makes the amount of information needing dealing which in the system larger and larger, pace of information exchange is getting quicker and quicker, it is more and more complicated that the transmission between the each kind of unit and the information processing part. High speed serial bus technology obviously enhances the data transmission speed in the system; it has received in civil and military field extensively research and application because the technological front, expanding strong, advantage of showing tremendous potential etc.This paper studies and analyzes relevant contents such as serial bus communication theory and systematic design theory of the high speed digital circuit; completes system design according to the project specific request; propose every technical indicator of the system; explains systematic data processing some, clock part, power part and connector and so on various part of design. The thesis finishes the design of the schematic in FPGA previous simulation work foundation, completes the LineSim and BoardSim simulation of high-speed printed circuit board and the design of the printed circuit board. Through these work, system's hardware platform has been build. At the same time, this paper finishes the design of the logic structure of the system on the basis of systematic hardware platform, explains system's logical interface and system's logical lamination, and designs the system test platform. The function of the whole system is verified by using tests the platform. Through to test data analysis, the capacity obtained the confirmation of single channel 1Gbps high speed serial bus communication about this system. Finally, the deficiency that this system existed on performance has been analyzed and the foundations for the work in the future have been done.The test result proves the high speed serial bus communication way of in which this thesis studies is feasible. The paper has made certain break-through and innovation in this direction of the thesis research. Mentality of designing, method and various summary of experience of this thesis have certainly reference value for the study and design on this direction in the future and very good reference for the research and design of the whole high speed communication system.
