Automated Test System plays a more and more important role in the aspect of quality detection and repair on military products, which has important significance in defense modernization. By controlling test equipment using computer and test program, ATE can perform the following functions: capability detecting, data analysis, fault identification and location, while operating people seldom intervene the process.This paper develops an automatic test system aimed for the aerial computer which is manufactured by a defense research institute. It has some excellent characteristics such as high precision and high reliability. This paper has carried out detailed exposition mainly for the data management in test process and the signal collection in the system.The automatic test system discussed in this paper is a measuring and controlling system which combines software and hardware. In the aspect of hardware, it uses programming instruments controlled by GPIB bus to supply stimulation, and constructs the switch matrix to realize the channel selection; In the aspect of software, the software program complete the system functions by making use of hardware driver. As to data management, the system uses ADO technique to access the database named Microsoft Access and uses Excel to create the test reports. |
