Design And Implementation Of Mobile Phone With Dual SIM Card

Currently a mobile phone with dual SIM Card is a remarkable innovation in the wireless communication market. In this thesis, a mobile phone with dual SIM card is designed and discussed, which based on the dissertation focusing on key technologies of dual SIM Card. Such a mobile phone is capable of choosing alternative SIM cards, taking photos and videos with a resolution of 1.3 mega pixels, and displaying videos in the wide TFT-LCD, which one of features is 240(H)*RGB*400(V) pixels (WQVGA).The architecture of GSM mobile phones with single SIM Card and dual SIM Card is introduced in two aspects: hardware and software by the first part of the paper. Then, the communication interfaces between base band and LCD, Camera and SIM card are analyzed, and suitable methods are also proposed, on the basis of that, a total hardware solution of designing a mobile phone with dual SIM Card, dual Camera and wide screen system is put forward. The design and implementation of the some module based on the solution studied in this paper is discussed in detail along with the description of the total hardware structure in the last part of the paper. The complete system is prototyped and tested. Many methods and results in the paper are summed up from the writer's practical work, which are highly realistic, providing precious instructions to the future research and development.
