Design And Realization Of Ontology-based Government Information Retrieval System

With the development of global and China's informatization, the accelerating process of informatization, the full use of information resources has become an important driving force for modern socio-economic development and a key factor of economic achievement.As the leading role of China's informatization, the government informatization promotes the development of e-government. It has become a world-wide trend of administrative development. In the process of e-government construction, more and more governments are engaged in collecting, processing and mining, trying to explore its deep value, trying to achieve the greatest degree of sharing and turning them into the power of economic development and social progress.The first part of the thesis summarizes the problem and application of government information resources. Having analyzed the technology and status quo of the semantic web, the paper proposed a framework of intelligent information retrieval based on Ontology, it can be helpful in resolving some problems in e-government. On the basis of this research direction, the critical technology of semantic web and information retrieval are studied and discussed in this paper, And then we present the main technology of Ontology, taking world national defense industry organizations and products association ontology as examples to describe the whole process of ontology construction. Finally, we use protégéand jena with tools trying to analyze and design a government information retrieval test system based on test ontology. We hope to provide a feasible program for government information development and management in China's e-government.
