With the development of computer hardware and software, computer information technology develops fast and its application in management is wider and deeper. Management information system, as a systematic subject, needs to be further developed, because in order to manage more standard and effectively, it needs a set of complete execution system. And computer is the best tool to help people to establish management information system. Information, the core of management information system, reflects the change and characteristic of everything in the world and is the base of communication, and people make decision basing on information. Management information is the data after special processing and is the important resource of management.The dissertation introduces overall solution design of a system for personal credit from software system aspect. It is a set of management information system basing on information inquiry and management corporate as management role and individual, social committee or entrepreneur as user role. The essay starts from business procedure of information collection system, and then goes to the main framework and function module of the management system and finally propose the execution program as reference.In the system framework design, firstly a brief demand analysis on system performances. Basing on system performance demand, a physical construction is established, which consists of host computer system, storage system, internal workstation (front end processor,working processor), external network and cooperation units. Following is the detail introduction of logic or physical structure of each unit. The host computer system, from the cost and feasibility point of view, is divided into main and backup sections. And also the application network and development system network is separated via network connection to ensure application and development work separately. Some popular storage methods are introduced, storage configure strategies are recommended and considering data safety issue, a set of information backup strategy is summarized as reference in storage design section. Starting from the angle of network safety, the network is divided into core network and application service network. The detail description of each network structure design principle and some reference proposal are mentioned in network design section. Data management system choosing method is introduced and several mainstream DBMS are recommended in system software section. In terms of the realization of application service, this article emphasizes the B/S method to design system and also the corresponding application logic framework chart is followed.This thesis is about a specialized database design. It starts with the analysis of three kinds of data concerned with the Personal Credit System, namely, the data of the informant, the data from the operation control and the service process, and the data of credit evaluation technique. Five more databases therefore come into existence based on the former three, including a work base, an elementary base, a mirror image base, a credit base and a theme database. Through a detailed description of the physical arrangement for the database, the author has built up diagrams about the personal credit data on the top level and the first level. Meanwhile, he takes out from the chart the data of the organizations and users as samples, on which systematic analysis are carried out. Due to the limitation in time and the coverage, other types of analysis are not performed.Moreover, the analysis on the server design can be seen in the article. First the users of the credit system are grouped. Then the users and their functions are described. Later, the name and the functions of each subsystem are decided according to various requirements of the database. Finally, an entity pack design is given using a sample personal credit database. An essential aspect of Personal Credit System is its safety. The Sixth Chapter focuses on how to secure the safety of the system, which is made up of program safety, application safety and transaction safety. Attention is drawn to the detailed account of system safety which includes the safety of physical layer, network and system platform. To solve the problem, some matured collocation methods are suggested. In transaction safety, some security measures are proposed to help ensure the safety of the whole system supported by management methods.At the end, a sample design is given for the collocation of application system, including the collocation of the database, the collocation of the application server, the collocation of the data-collecting system and the collocation of the client.Due to the limitation of time and analysis, this thesis only covers the overall design of the Personal Credit System. However, the idea of the design might be useful in designing other similar database and network construction and even may be used as a reference in government informationalization.
