Standardization Of Group Company Management Research And Implementation Of Information System

As our group company has developed and the standardized management flow has changed, the functions and responsibilities of the people involved in standardized management have changed, from the pure management in the past towards complex all-sides management types, the information associated with management work has increased significantly. How to improve the management automation and management information levels with less people and work to have information communicated smoothly, safely and shared is becoming an important issue. Thus, utilizing the advantages of computer technology and network technology in information management, one set of management information system cohering to the characteristics of standardized management work shall be developed to manage daily increased data and provide smart and fast indexing means for easy updating and maintenance. Meanwhile, safe and reliable management system shall be established and management level and safety level shall be increased.Aiming to the characteristics and requirements of the standardized work of the group company, the standardized management information system based on the group level is designed in this paper. The system can effectively solve the problems such as large amount of items and work in standardized management including information indexing, system table management, scientific research plan management, organization and personnel information management, data collaboration, file template management and current news management. Meanwhile, all information is stored and backed up in hard disc through security and safety design. Thus, the safety, completeness, easy store and inquiry can be ensured, effectively solving the problems in routine management, promoting the standardization of the management and increasing the working efficiency.The standardized management information system is the frame based on distributed objects using three-level(data level, control service level and use level) customer/server configuration The configuration is easy to get light customer end which can effectively ensure data security and be capable of get large-scale distributed configuration consisting of multiple application servers and database servers. The information system has the combination of Internet/Intranet technology and conventional MIS to suite the needs by using the popular Browser/Server configuration type. The customer end uses browser for direct browsing without additional software, easy and fast. Moreover, the security is fully considered and multiple security control systems are set,thus the unauthorized login and unauthorized operation of the legal customer can be prohibited.
