| Paper introduces the research and design of LinYi Telecom Resource Information Management system. The design of the system is to solve the low efficiency and nonstandard business process during the Broad Band development.The paper first introduces the network design of LinYi Telecom. The internal network of the company adopts intelligence 3-layer and 2-layer switches, via VLAN technic the internal network is divided into two virtual network: the business part and the office part. Based on internal network platform, the application platform is built and the FTP server, website information publish server, mail server, DNS server, and database server are established.Chapter Three analyzes the C/S, B/S configuration of the system, compared with the two configurations, and combined with practical application demands, the mix-configuration is chosen and the design of the mix-configuration is provided in this paper.According to functions, the system is divided into four sub-systems: Broad Band reception system, Broad Band statistic analysis system, MAN resource management system, online business process system. During the realization of the system, the interface is first designed, and then in B/S configuration develop mode, using user profile validity check module and user profile input module as examples to explain the development process; using the design of switch information input module as an example to explain the client application program technics and realization problems based on the C/S configuration mode. Also, for the convenience of system maintenance, the client program auto update module is designed while the development of register machine and encrypting machine enables the comfortable control of the client program distribution. Finally, Combined with the design of database system, the paper discusses the data integrity, and does some design and research on system security through information security and network security.
