IP Network Watching System NetStream Design And Implement

For a complex network environment,scanning the network data regularly is necessary.Many equipment manufactures make great efforts to solve the problem of network watching.Cisco invent NetFlow product on 1996,The NetFlow is to solve the scheme of building the network, to measure the flux of the network. At present, it is using on most Cisco's equipment.Domestic,aim at high-speed Internet developing, in order to provide higher speed bandwidth and divinable QoS, at the same time, the users also need watch the network's status, therefore, need the technology of the service describing above.The paper's aim is based on network's present status,and taking part in the project of network watching(NetStream System),introduced the network watching structure and key technology,providing a applied and efficient method of network watching system.The system was designed on Power PC,the software was designed on VxWorks,and the system used C programming language to design.The paper based on the project,it described the data sample and create the data flow,it also described the QoS and final system designing.The paper focus on the data Sampling,and described more particularly.It use network processor's rand register,designed and innovated the Rand Sampling Arithmetic. It brings little infection to the router, and lighter the network processor's press on transmit the data.Through our testing,the arithmetic is effective.The result of the paper is using on the H3C SR88 routing equipment,it proves the paper has the value of exercise.
