The microarray sensor based on porphyrin is an e-nose system. It takes the images as the response signals, picks up the characters as the dactylogram for gas recognizing, so it is also called eyeable e-nose system. The system combines the chemical sensor,micro-sampling,image sensor and mode-recognise system, completes the gas collecting,image collecting,chemical response and mode-recognising.With different sensitive materials, it can detect different gases. It's a small,quick system, so it will be used widly in industry,agriculture,national defence,medical treatment etc. As the result,the e-nose system develops quickly.The detect-limit,precision and anti-jamming ability of the old systems are not very good.So we will do lots of work to improve them, via enhancing the data collect,data disposal,characters pick-up and mode-recognise ability of the system.The image collecting module is base on the ARM system, with high pels CMOS image senor,the CMOS sensor is high of pels,small and easy to integrate, in addition, with the advancement of the image quality, we can collect images via ARM system to minish the bulk of our system with hight precision and integration. Considering of the chemical sensor and electronical system, we use the high lighteness external LED to design a small,lightful and low-temperature lamp-house system.As the result ,the influence between the chemical and electronical system falls to a minimum.As to improve the image quality,the images are standardad and lamp-house compensated. Based on lots of experiments, we have filtrated the best character pick-up method, improved the precision and the nicety of the image recognisation.Further more, the system based on ARM and long-distance- transmission, could avoid the contacting between manipulator and gases,especially with the poisonous gases. And we can deal with the datas on the computer to improve the speed,capacitance of the system.
