Design And Realization On The Staff Administration System Of The Communication Group

In the army, the unit numbers including the weave, the strength, the number at present, are very important component parts of the army administration process and the important factors of judging combat-effectiveness. The low or high administration level has a direct influence to the fighting capacity and a deciding action on the win or failure in war. Now the almost all army uses the administrative way of half-hand manner. This way not only has the large amount of work and the low efficiency, but also the low accuracy, the easy mistakes, resulting in the wrong decision of administrator and the great losses, so it is very necessary to develop the administrative system and do the numerical the administration. If it is done, this will make the administrator lessen the work-amount, know the accurate information, improve the inquiring speed, strengthen the information construction of the national defense.This dissertation discusses the administrative system of the communication group. Visual Foxpro9.0 from Microsoft Company is used as a tool. By using its different functions, especially the design device of the data bank, combining with the practical work, the usable system is gradually formed. By choosing the combining ways of life cycle and true features, based on the investigation and research, the systemic analysis, the systemic design and the systemic realization, the designs is in progress.According to the basis of the investigation and research, the system including the feasible possibility and the user demand is analyzed. The data bank is designed, and its structure and safe action are analyzed. Based on the principle of pattern piece, the system is divided into several pattern pieces and the function of every part is analyzed. By using the process design of construction, the design thinking of the data safeguard and the data inquiry is given. Then the systemic measurement and installation are analyzed. SQL SERVER is used as the data bank and the data of VFP is promoted to SQL SERVER. The data source of ODBC is set up and the data bank of VFP is connected to SQL SERVER. The large amount of data in the original data bank is not only used, but also the problems on the visiting speed and the data share are solved.
