Design And Implementation Of Higher Vocational Institutes' Office Automation System

As information and networklization become generalt tendency of current society, an increasing number of people are paying more attention to the study of e-government affairs. The work in coordination and intelligent decisions serve as the newest ideas for automatic offices. Workflow technology, which plays the important role in the Office Automation System, coordinates all the plots of the affairs in turn by making full use of information and human resources, so as to implement the system automatically. And in my paper, there is the combination of workflow technology and office automation system. Also with the increasing of office affairs' openness, integrated, non-paper work condition, the coordination efficiency and office work quality have been improved at the same time. There is a belief that a thesis is of theory significance and practical value for research and application in e-government affairs.In my paper, there is a further study about current situation and developing trend of office automation system based on the workflow theory, giving the framework of OA; and the further study about workflow modeling theory. This paper, according to the higher vocational institutes office work character, analyses the process model with Petri net modeling idea in this system, and gives out the general organization form of WFWC, all these improve the openness, extensiveness and safeguard. The details of designing describe the major function part in this system. According to the workflow idea and Java/Jsp/JavaBean technology, it offers the practical process of official document management, technological process definition and workflow engine in the OA system. Using digital signature, data encryption and certificate authority, etc., this thesis tends to work for the secrecy of document transfer.At present, The OA system explained in this thesis has been applied successfully in offices at Shandong Economical Trade Occupation College; and dealt with most official documents, meeting affairs management and daily information flash efficiently. It has increased work efficiency and shortened a heavy outlay as well as sound social benefits. The fact that the successful application of the OA System shows us it is of high quality of openness, extensiveness and safeguard.
