As is known,undersea installations is a platform,which is able to move and conduct underwater detection,research the undersea environment,complete equitment testing,and some other unserwater project.The communication between the underwater platform and the land station is very crucial for the whole movement.However,it is weak in timely,remoted intercommunication.The area of observation is limited,it needs to work with low speed,and when it is under power charge,which affects its normal working situation.This article is meant to study and design the deployment system of RTOF buoy,which is a weak point for communication system.It is of great benefit to the application of Recoverable Tethered Optical Fiber.The study of this essay includes three parts:Firstly,based on the module of Tethered Optical Fiber,analyzing the tension of Fiber Optic Micro Cable,and obtain the attitude of the towed cable with calculation of simulation, then get the result of two stance diagrams of towed fibre and the steady-state tension on the fibre during the communication period.By making comparison between the two,as well as the result of the simulation,the main parameters of the buoy and the Fiber,we can determine the control mythology and parameters;Secondly,the essay brings up the way of close-loop constant tension control,designed the towed device,chose equipments using Hydraulic driving,explaining its working logic and process--monitoring the signal,adjusting motor's pressure,then changing its output torque, and controlling the speed of deploy to make the tension on the end of Fiber meet the requirements;Finally,the essay picks up relevant controlling equipment,and does brief introduction to them,providing an actual system setup solution,and realizing a controllable,accountable deployment system。...
