With the fast development of distributed computer control systems for on-line computer control of continuous production processes, its determining and maintaining the optimum steady-state operating conditions on-line of the industrial process is playing the more and more important role in chemical, metallurgical, petroleum and power industries etc. As is well known, steady-state models play a very important role in steady-state optimizing control. Researchers have proposed some steady-state identification techniques. For MIMO bilinear industrial processes, this paper obtained the steady-state models by using computer program for the first time, which is based on a new identification techniques under very mild conditions. This article is divided into four chapters. The first one is a general introduction about the developmental history of steady-state optimizing control on industrial processes, the research background and its significance, the auctorial work. The second one introduces the algorithm of programming. All object record and evaluation of result and error of the programming are described in detailin the third chapter. The last chapter concludes concludes the whole article, and indicates the insufficiency and the further work of the task. a new identification technique is presented which uses the step signal of the step-points changes as the input identification signals in the course of optimizing control, and the steady-state models are obtained. For steady-state behavior of bilinear industrial processes which are described by static models, a new identification technique is presented which uses the step signal of the step-points changes as the input identification signals in the course of optimizing control, and the steady-state models are obtained. The new technique converts the identifying of unknown matrixes of steady-state models into solving matrixes algebraic equations. For bilinear industrial processes which are described by dynamic models, a new identification technique is presented, by which the steady-state models are obtained and the estimates are strong and consistent. It will be veryimportant to do research and solve the recognation of the steady-state models in bilinear industrial processes.Lots of the results of the computer program have shown that it is the better solution to obtain the models. And the program has much been improved compared with the traditional way in quickly checking out the data wongly imput and output ,the speed and the delicacy. If the program can be improved on the spot, it will provide a better software platform for steady state optimizing control in the actual industrial production process.
