Wireless sensor networks represent a new paradigm for data gathering and processing from the environment and enable the reliable monitoring of a variety of environments for applications that include military, surveillance,machine failure diagnosis,and chemical /biological detection. An important challenge in the design of these is energy, which is significantly more limited than in a tethered network environment. The constraint requires innovation design technique to use the available energy efficiently.A well-designed WSN architecture is scalable, robust and self-organize. It can improve the efficiency of routing and MAC protocols and provide a basis for data fusion, time synchronization and objects localization. An effective routing algorithm is another way to use the available energy efficiently. Both of effective routing algorithm and well-designed WSN architecture can extend the network life-time. DAEB(Dynamic and Energy Balance) arithmetic that adopt dynamic structure of routing is put forward to increase the flexibility of netwok, ensure the accuracy of data query and extend the network life-time, the main contents of the paper are as follows:(1) Organizing different structure of network according to different content of query and accuracy of data that users require, and on the precondition of meeting users' need reduce the consume of energy as can as possible. Flexibility of network is increase and lifetime of sensor network is extended.(2) Take full advantage of sensor that out of query area to correct data that is collected by sensors that in the query area in the process of data collection. The precision of data is enhanced.(3) Data aggregation is used in the process of data transfer to avoid consume overmuch energy of choke point sensors and all of the network can not work for imbalance of energy, and reduce the consume of network energy again.(4) Collection weight and transfer weight is used when data is collected and transferred. According to different requirement of users, such as, the requirement of the average of data,the maximum of data,the minimum of data and so on, different formula of data aggregation is gained. Data that each sensor collect has the same proportion in the result data. The precision of data is greatly enhanced.
