Research Of Process Modeling And Version Control For The Distributed Collaborative Design System

At present, the aviation manufacturing's actual situation is the geographical position separation between the design institute and the manufactory in China, and the coordination level between them is low. Combined with the 11th 5-Year advanced research main project, based on the overall content of distributed collaborative design and manufacture network platform distribution network, the concurrent cooperative design workflow modeling and version control module have been studied. The concurrent cooperative design workflow modeling can help the designer control and grasp the overall task. The version control in resource model can manage the massive design drawing and related documents, simultaneously, support the concurrent design.The main research content and the result are as follows:(1) The concurrent cooperative design workflow management pattern has been studied. The technology of Hierarchy Time Color Petri Net is used to the workflow process modeling, the solving solution of the critical path in Hierarchical project management is presented and provides the convenience for optimizing the design task and shortening the design time;(2) The resource storage model -- version control has been studied, the "Copy - Revision - Merge" Solution has been leaded in version control, and the Version Control System SVN is integrated into the Distributed Collaborative Platform through hook. The full version control is achieved quickly and efficiently, and the resource model has been completed;(3) The development tool and applied technology of the prototype software system is established. The prototype software system is based on the Struts frame and has been built using the MVC design pattern in the J2EE platform. The concrete workflow of the prototype software system is introduced and taking the project information module as the example, the constitution and workflow are described in detail;(4) The distributed collaborative design platform is tested and the content which needs to test is listed. Finally, confirming whether the collaborative design platform to meet the collaborative design request is satisfied.However, due to the time constraints, at present, the collaborative design platform has some inadequacies, for example the access control is not yet joined into the collaborative platform, and the feedback is not yet considered into the solving solution of the critical path in Hierarchical project management.
