Laser perforating system has many advantages than other systems. It has simple and reliable control structure, high efficiency, dense and tidy pores after perforating. Especially in plaster product line, permeability can be enhanced highly,which relate to comfort of the plaster.This article mainly introduces the design process of the real-time control system which was used in a laser perforating machine for plaster product line. The new prism scanning parts were in this machine, which has 8 split laser beams, and 8 prism scanning parts run at the same time. Those designs can fit the wide plaster perforating.The following research contents and results have been discussed:(1) Make the detailed requirement analyses of control system, specify the control tasks and understand system performance.(2) According to the system requirement, the device choosing process has been discussed and the hardware platform base on the IPC has been constructed.(3) Design the control circuit for different demand of all the parts, making them work harmoniously. (4) Accomplish the control program and contact interface, which was grounded on IPCand control card.Lastly, the result of experiment proves the stability and good performance of control system. It can adjust to different speed of product line and keep the diameter and the interval of hole in narrow range.
