Compared with other methods of thin plate perforating, laser perforating has muchbetter characteristics, such as simple structure, stable performance, attractive appearance andhigh efficiency. This curve tipping paper laser perforating equipment is more compact,diverse and easier to operate.This thesis describes the beam path system and mechanical structure of the laserperforating system. The system gets the pulsed laser using the advanced method of thepolygonal mirror scanning. And by using a special mirror, it can perforate in curve with twolaser focuses.The main tasks are as follows:(1) Do some simulation and analysis of the entire optical system. First, introduce themain optical components and how it works. Choose the most suitable lens element and itsperipheral structure design after the comprehensive analysis. Then by the software ofMATLAB and ZEMAX, do some simulation and validation for the optical path and thescanning part.(2) Discuss and determine the concrete implementation scheme of the curve tippingpaper laser perforating equipment. First, provide the system block diagram of the equipmentand introduce the peripheral support parts of the optical system. Do detailed calculation andanalysis of the parameters influence the quality of the laser perforating. Introduce themechanical structure design of the main parts.(3) Adjust the optical path by a red light and describe a few problems we may encounterand how to resolve them. Study the influence of the speed of the tipping paper, the laserpower, the rotate speed of the polygonal mirror and the defocusing amount on laserperforating.
