| Photoelectric equipments are applied to kind of fields. As kind of searching equipments and scouts of the long-distance, strong flexibility and high precision are presented, it is necessary to test, proofread and appraise them. However traditional testing equipments are based on especial testing tasks and methods. So it is difficult to upgrade as the airborne photoelectric equipments are more and more complex, which badly influence the tasks go on wheels. So these testing equipments are hard to satisfy, and we use universal test idea to construct the universal testing system.The core idea of Universal Test technology was making use of the powerful computer resources to convert hardware technique to software technique in order to furthest reduce the cost of system and improve system functions and system flexibility to achieve universal test . Therefore the universal architecture and Virtual Instrument technology are introduced into the design of the testing systems, it has theory and practice value that study the universal testing system with universal architecture, modularized instruments and plug and play characteristics.The paper analyses the Auto Testing System (ATE) in the world firstly, for problems that the update of testing systems and the expansion of functions were much limited by centralized architecture; the paper accomplishes the design of the universal testing system based on PCI/ISA bus. Then it designs the project of the universal testing system. The system chooses the PCI and ISA bus according to the practical requires of the testing system in order to found universal test platform based on PCI and ISA bus, and designs the test system software by the development environment VC++6.0,introduces the developments of different modules classified by functions. The key techniques and the integrated technique of the software and hardware of the testing system using in the realization of universal testing system of the airborne photoelectric equipments are researched deeply.On the base of analysis and design of universal testing system based on PCI and ISA bus, combining with key techniques, finishes the system. The system exploit image acquisition, dada acquisition, data processing, system adjusting and so on, and provides a testing platform with good performance, is worthy in applications and extension. |
