With the development of information technology, particularly the development of Internet technologies, advanced manufacturing technology promotes the development of enterprise to network, coordination, agility, intelligence, integration and virtuality. The network manufacturing pattern, which is based on shared resources and cooperation between enterprises, will be an important organizational pattern of production in the 21st century. Under the network manufacture pattern, the enterprise collaborative design, the collaborative analysis, the information integration, resources sharing, distributional collaborative modeling are of necessity in the modern enterprise competition and cooperation.Under network manufacture environment, in view of manufacturing enterprises, it is a development tendency to well organize the software of different procedures and functions, such as software of design, manufacture, finite element analysis, craft plan and management information, and to establish an integrated manufacturing system. Such kind of integrated system will realize the"collaborative design"and"virtual manufacturing"from different places.This paper analyses the cooperative work flow of mould injecting CAD/CAE under the network environment, investigates the theory and method of how to bring mould injecting CAD/CAE into the network manufacture pattern and the information integration technology research under network manufacture environment, by integrating the characteristics and development process of network manufacturing and mould injecting CAE system, and it finally presents an internet-based solution. For the purpose of realizing the cooperation of CAD/CAE, network service system based on cooperative work flow administration has been developed, realizing the integration of CAD/CAE data transfer, process parameters configuration and post-processing of results. The system employs the J2EE lightweight architecture technology as development platform, and it uses B/S and the C/S supplementary system, enabling the software system to have a good expansibility and maintainability. Meanwhile, based on the development of Web Services, it presents a solution of more standard and open network information integration platform, in the hope of promoting the application and development of digital manufacturing technology including mould injecting CAD/CAE in network environment.
