In recent years, the injection molding machine were developed on the field of high precision, high repeatability, energy saving, high efficiency, high-speed, saving space and harmonious environment. The high-speed injection molding machine development is in line with this field.Comparing with high-speed injection molding machine appear on the market, there are some different between the high-speed injection machine and the traditional injection molding machine on the machine of structures and devices. So, the traditional mathematical model of hydraulic injection molding machine has been unable to meet with the high-speed injection molding machine. Especially, the control algorithms and control systems can not meet with the high-speed injection molding machine requirements.This paper studied on the injection process of high-speed injection molding machine appearing on the market. This paper studied the structures of electro-hydraulic system including directional valve, proportional pressure valve, hydraulic cylinder, accumulator and the physics of the throttle servo. In the end, established mathematical model about the speeding up the process and slowing down the process.In this paper, according to the simulation result of accelerating model of high-speed injection, received the injection speed curve on the injection pressure and injection flow. In the slowing model of high-speed injection station, obtained on injection speed curve of the proportional servo valves and proportional flow valves.According to the simulation results presented the injection speed into the acceleration phase and deceleration phase. For the injection of accelerated phase, this paper presented the PID, the combination of fuzzy and PID and fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning control algorithms. Found that fuzzy parameters self-tuning control algorithm is more obvious advantages .For the injection velocity deceleration phase, this paper presents PID, and fuzzy control algorithm. By compared simulation results of SINMULINK, found that fuzzy control algorithm is more obvious advantages. In the end, Found that fuzzy control algorithm is more obvious advantages.
