| In recent years, following the constantly improvement of our defense modernization needs and the constantly development of high-tech weapons engineering, some avion's models have developed mature, and will go into the stage of stereotypes and batch production. In this period, avion manufacturing enterprises not only have to complete batch production tasks, but also ready to deal with the new demands of the market at the same time. In this situation, there are two issues that must be resolved to the enterprises: On one hand, in order to shorten the production preparation period and reduce the inventory of spare parts, it requires that the production plan must be ordered rapidly and accurately; the other hand, in order to ensure the set production, it requires that the production process must to be strictly controlled. At the present, the production management method that most enterprises used is artificial management Oriented to product research. But this method is relatively extensive and can't meet the management information needs during the period of batch production. The shortcomings include lack of strict planning, not sharing basic data of information from production process and the parts'quality state, heavily depending on workers'experience in sets, utilization unbalanced and not fully of enterprise resource, lack of an early warning mechanism, and so on. In order to deal better with the batch production of avion's models, it is imperative to build a digital information management platform for the management and control of production plan according to the parts'set relations. In accordance with the above requirements, the paper conducted a development and application from the following aspects:Firstly, in order to reduce the preparing time of production and supply exact data for the production plan, the paper analyzed the avion configuration management and it's roles on product models. In addition, the paper studied the four new configuration control technologies be propitious to configuration management that are simplify configuration management, modularization products'structure, simplify validity management and single product data source.Secondly, the issue that the plan are sent out and controlled is the key to production management. The paper gave out a detailed program design according to the management process from plans'layout, material consumption, supporting tooling, items'manufacture and quality control to items'storage, at the same time combining the production orders'processing and related requirements of running the system.Thirdly, in view of how best to meet the enterprises'needs of respond rapidly and information sharing the software system, the paper comparatively analyzed several different software architectures, and choiced the three-layer C/S model based on CORBA. In addition, it introduced system development tools and the corresponding key techniques. Then the system was applied to avion manufacturers, validating the system's Feasibility.At last, it summaries the whole paper and prospects the future work. |
