The temperature is one of primarily controlled parameters for industry control. The temperature control objects have some advantages, for example, big thermal lag, easy to receive disturbs, time-variable, time-lag, non-linearity, strongly coupling and so on. The home recently proposed one method which can withdraws the high-purity nanometer silicon dioxide from the rice husk for the industrial production. In the entire production process the thermal decomposition is the main procedure, the thermal decomposition temperature control is the key technology. In order to resolve the problem, we supposed a system which can accurate and reasonable control for the thermal decomposition temperature.Considering the temperature specification, this article has studied the characteristic of conventional PID control and fuzzy control systematically.We attempt to unify the two control methods, and make a fuzzy PID controller which has all merit of the two methods.The PID control and the fuzzy control have many kinds of union way, this article use the fuzzy self regulating algorithm decided by the PID control.This algorithm can discover the relationship between the three PID parameters and erroneous and the erroneous rate, and examine erroneous and the erroneous rate in the movement, then according to the fuzzy control principle carry on the online revision to three parameters, thus enable the accusation object to have the good tendency and static performance. In this article, according to the characteristic of the accusation object, we completed the design of the fuzzy PID self regulating controller, elaborated the detailed design process.For the need in industrial production, this article uses Simens programmable controller S7-300 as the control core for the system design. Follow steps was done in our work, realize the fuzzy self regulating PID control algorithm through the programming way, use the off-line computation method to make the fuzzy questionnaire, use the online inquiry for the output of the fuzzy control quantity, finally add the PID parameter and datum value, obtain the PID parameter spurt value, finally carry on the PID operation and obtain the controlled member actuator.Finally, this article carries on the simulation experiment with different control method in MATLAB, primarily carry on the simulation debugging for the fuzzy PID self regulating. Comparing to the simulation result, we obtain the result that use the fuzzy self regulating to decide the PID control is able to satisfy the specification of the rice husk calciner, and can also satisfy the design proposal.
