Temperature is very important parameter in our basic life.But it is a little bit difficult to measure the temperature accurately,high temperature is even more difficult.In recent years,high temperature measurement methods and accuracy have attracted people's attention.In the automotive industry,temperature measurement is also common requirement.With the less of energy and the worse of the environment,air pollution status is much more urgent.People are deeply troubled by environmental problems such as fog and haze.Environmental problems have prompted legislatures around the world to formulate and implement stricter emission regulations for gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles.In 2017,China promulgated national VI regulations,which have affected automobile manufacturers.It is a new challeage.The PN value has been downgraded by an order of magnitude in China's VI regulation.Many automotive manufacturers' solution is to install particulate filters in tail gas reprocessing systems to trap particulate matter.High temperature sensors are needed to measure the temperature of particulate filters before and after the filter to achieve the best combustion effect and low PN emissions.In this paper,the research and development of integrated high temperature sensors.The application of high temperature sensors is very wide,especially in the exhaust diesel and petrol engines.They are part of the turbocharger protection,they control and follow the regeneration of the particulate filter system.These intelligent sensors(electronics controlled)monitor the temperature of the exhaust gases with a quick response thermocouple to the control units.The control unit evaluates the temperature information and optimizes the combustion process,to prevent damage to parts of the exhaust system designed to reduce harmful emissions substances during combustion,thus ensuring environmental protection.Harmful substances include: oxide carbon monoxide(CO),hydrocarbons(HC),nitrogen oxides(NOx)and particulate matter(PM).The need for measurement at several points in the exhaust systems and cost reductions have been developed high temperature sensors with multiple thermocouples that are individually connected by a cable sensor with one electronics for all thermocouples.In this paper,we focus on the use of high temperature sensor environment analysis,analyze the current temperature measurement technology,finally we select the thermocouple measurement method,and deeply research the thermocouple material property,especially the outer protect tube of the thermocouple.and research and develop the intergrated circuit board.Intergrated the cold end temperature compensation module?power module?circult calibration module?signal enlarge module to one chip,to be sure the themperature sensor intergrated design.and through ANSYS Choose the right material for the client interface material and the sensor screw to solve the problem that the thread is loose or can not be disassembled in the actual use process.Finally,many environmental reliability tests are used to simulate the actual working conditions to verify the reliability of temperature measurement technology.Finally,develop a reliable and high-precision product.In the process of research and development also encountered some problems,we continue to improve,constantly verify,so as to learn from the failure of experience.
