The Establishment And Execution Of The Quality Control System Of High Density PCB

As the main manufacturer of high density PCB, the tenth wireless factory of WuXi in Jiangnan Computing Technology Institute undertakes much production mission. But the exiting quality control system and manage level are more and more hard to satisfy the fast exaltation of high density PCB yield and the quick promote of the craft level. Theremore, to keep the high quality of product and the forerunner of craft, the quality control system of high density PCB must be established and executed with the advantage of computer which the enterprise owns.First, the paper introduces the present conditions of the application of system both in domestic and overseas. Then it introduces the basic knowledge of project management. Especially, it lays stress on the basic knowledge of the decision-making technique and method, and the project control. On the basis of above, the theory and methods of project management are applied to the establishment and execution of the quality control system of high density PCB. In the part of the establishment of PAQ , the problem of when to establish and the problem of how to establish are firstly solved with the mathematics model and the comparison of ration. With the argumentation, the risk identify and the risk guard against, the problem of the establishment plan of PAQ is solved secondly. In the part of the execution of PAQ, the execution plan is firstly introduced. Secondly, the integrated execution is controlled, with system, report, meeting, discussion and schedule. Some problems which are found are solved. Finally, experience is recommended and the benefit from PAQ is summarized.
