Design And Research Of Intelligent Computer Aided Management System Of Hour Norm

The hour norm is a key element task of modern business administration. With the development of science and technology and "old industrial base of the Northeast", it is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of hour norm and with the help of computer system. Based on the analysis of existing state of development of computer aided hour norm management system both at home and abroad, a new system is developed for Shenyang Heavy Duty Machinery Factory, in which the insufficiency and the experience feature are considered in detail."The intelligent computer aided management system of norm of working hour" is objected to CAD, which can integrate relevant CAPP subsystems together. It provides a set of scientific tools to work out production schedule, personnel deployment plan and help to organize the production procedure and do enterprise's business accounting well etc.In the system analytical method is adopted according to the concrete demand of enterprises production. It is easy for operation and accuracy of calculation can be guaranteed. All of these lay a good foundation for the advanced manufacture in the future. This system is worked out with Access form database software, consists of the process of needed information through a simple and clear full Chinese interface in realization of add, modification, delete, move, inquiry of data and print of form etc.In Chapter 1, the development of computer aide hour norm management system and its tendency are discussed. In Chapter 2, the function need and content of the system are scheduled. In Chapter 3, the computation rule of hour norm in Shenyang Heavy Duty Machinery Factory is presented. In Chapter 4, the configuration, dataflow, key algorithm and software support environment are designed. At last, an application example in practice is presented and conclusions are obtained. At the same time, some works need to be done in nature are put forward.
