With the rapid development of information technology, the information application system was extensively applied in various kinds of education, study and scientific research in universities. This greatly promoted the fast blooming of every cause in university. However, among building up digital campus system, the current information system in university has shown its own shortcomings. We need to use data of other application systems frequently, but most of these dispersive systems can not share their data with each other. This formed many information isolated islands. These information isolated islands made our massive useful data lose the further use value. Therefore in the information technology developing, so data communication has already become one of the most urgent problems on the present stage.Web Services is a rising technology with the advantage of platform-irrelative, language-irrelative, simple, effective, easy to upgrade and so on. It is suitable in some research fields, such as system integration, data sharing etc. This topic uses Web Services technology designing the data communication system. The paper introduces the key technology which the system needs, and proposes to construct data sharing center with Web Services technology. Above all, the information isolated islands problem can be well solved. This paper focuses on the realization of data sharing center with Web Services technology, and proposes application system integration mode and sharing database construction scheme.Because of web services the author resolves the problem information isolated island in the construction digital campus system; each system can communicate with others conveniently. This kind of develop pattern, provide a whole new pattern in the development of digital campus system.
