At present, there are still many problems about the data sharing technology in application and realization. In the interface and expansive form,it still exists shortage. Base on this, the service oriented data sharing technology were studied mainly in this paper, and realized in monitoring system at last.First, the characteristics and shortcomings of the current model of data exchange and sharing was analyzed in the paper, and the concept of service oriented model of data exchange and sharing was proposed. In the industrial control area, data sharing network architecture was divided into decentralized process control layer, centralized operation monitoring layer, integrated information management layer. The next, the function of each layer and the relationship between layers was analysed and described. Base on this, the data acquisition system was analysed and designed. From the basic structure, data access specifications, interface description to the realization of the data accessand other aspects, the OPC technology was discussed.Finally, the research result was applied in the generator monitoring system test-bed. Practice showed that by using this model that service oriented data sharing model and based on the OPC technology and adopting layered structure, the function that improved the usability, manageability and expansibility was obviously improved.The following several innovations were mainly included in this paper:(1) For existing data sharing model, I proposed service oriented data sharing model, and applied the OPC technology in generator monitoring system test-bed.At last, its superiority in the aspects of extendibility and real-time was proofed.(2) Through the DataSocket module of LabVIEW, I realized the local and remote data exchange and sharing between the client and different OPC server, and fully proved the extendibility and stability of service oriented mode.(3) Adopt master-slave structure, the monitoring to the drive was achieve,by directly established OPC server on the PC and by PROFIBUS-DP communication.
