With the advancement of IT technology and the popularization of Internet, cooperation-sharing system of chemistry data resources have been breaking area limit of the application of chemistry databases 's Information Island and greatly improving the efficiency and performance of the service of them. Web Services is a system structure that was put forward in recent years, which has the characteristics such as complete platform, independent language, complete encapsulation, high loose coupling, common ability and standardization of protocol and so on.
