To be one sort of Fieldbus which is a new communication technology in the bottom field area, CAN bus because of its low-cost, environmentally friendly development and the inherent multi main communication mechanism has been rapid development. In this paper, the design elements include two aspects:Firstly, In this paper, BF material characteristics of the system, using CAN-site communication technology, design blast furnace feeding automatic control system based on the CAN bus network. First on the design of the traditional blast furnace technology and materials on traditional blast furnace data communication technology, and then constructed PC smart nodes, the hopper intelligent node, the middle hopper intelligent network nodes, such as 19 nodes attached to the physical CAN bus, a CAN Network, based on the completion of the CAN bus blast furnace on the feeding system of data transmission network normal communication.Secondly,CAN bus to the real-time problem for research, analysis of the CAN bus in the agreement and pointed out that the characteristics of the major limitations of CAN bus, on the basis of the CAN-bus network communication of real-time analysis of the theoretical issues, and through The experiment proved that way in high-load circumstances will greatly enhance the network delay. According to this agreement CAN characteristics of the data link layer priority to the promotion of CAN-based scheduling method. Based on the CAN in the blast furnace control network feeding the experimental platform, through experiments proved that the priority for the promotion of the basic CAN CAN network in the high-load more small delay.Among the research results show that, based on the CAN bus blast furnace at the same time expected data transmission system for small and medium-sized fieldbus communications, can be extended to other related industries and areas of application. CANBus algorithm, priority promotion CAN relatively basic agreement with a smaller network delay, and to ensure that low-priority information in the possession of high network load under certain communications bandwidth.
