Design And Development Of Material Management System For Blast Furnace Production

Blast furnace ironmaking provides timely, high quality iron for the follow-up steelmaking processes, and the quality and cost of steel products is constrained by iron to a large extent. Blast furnace smelting is a continuous and complex physical and chemical process. How to reduce the cost of pig iron under its quality requirements has become iron and steel industry's research focus. The core of material management system for blast furnace production are optimization of the ingredients of the blast furnace and the raw material production scheduling of blast furnace's up feed chutes. The synergic relationship of resource optimization and scheduling of material is researched. The system has great significance for reducing the cost of iron area and enhancing operational efficiency.In this thesis, the material management for blast furnace production ironmaking process was researched. A material management system's software of blast furnace production had been designed and developed under the background of the 3200m3 blast furnace in Tianjin Iron and Steel CO.LTD. The primary contents are as follows:The blast furnace production process and material process were analyzed, and the material management for blast furnace production was studied. The overall framework of material management for blast furnace production was put forward. The optimization of the ingredients of the blast furnace was based on the linear programming optimization method, and the scheduling of the raw material simulated a planned dispatch of raw materialtion on heuristic rules. The system integrated resource optimization and material scheduling effective.The material management for blast furnace production software had been designed and developed includes the overall structure and function. At the same time material basis of data management for blast furnace, optimization ingredients for blast furnace, feeding system for blast furnace's up feed chutes and receiving and transport material management for blast furnace had been detailedly designed, as well as database and interface.Combining with SQL Server2000 in.NET Framework platform, material management for blast furnace production software was based on the C/S mode for ironmaking processing was developed.The result shows that:blast furnace ingredients optimize cost is saved, and the scheduling of raw material is reasonable. Software is universal and scalability.
